These are BEAUTIFUL photos, George!!! :) Thank you so much for sharing these each month! What a gorgeous sunset surrounding your plane. Both are very beautiful! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is the first time that I can say that I have been to all of these places. Rob and I explored Aspen together years and years ago. Fun times! Your photos bring back some neat memories! :)
I have always especially enjoyed your photos from up in the air. I can imagine that you have seen many beautiful scenes and skies, beyond what you have been able to capture with your camera! That must be one of the joys of flying? Enjoy! Hope that you and Nina are having a wonderful holiday weekend! Many hugs,
3 Katie
Katie, Thank you. Aspen is a place we visit often and I agree it has a charm all it's own. May you and Rob have many more travels and create more wonderful memories.
DeleteHave a very Merry Christmas,
George
Sorry Katie, I meant to say,
DeleteMerry Christmas to you and Rob!
G
Lovely! How talented you are to be able to fly and to take such gorgeous photos too.

sara :)
Hi Sara. Not too sure about the talented part (I had to smile as I read your comment because I remembered a not too smooth landing I made the other day!) but I appreciate the compliment anyway! I am very blessed to be able to do what I love as a profession.
DeleteMerry Christmas to you and SM.
George
That is a beautiful plane! I have to admit, your first photo of the rockies, just breathtaking! That is the most beautiful picture! I love how crisp your photos are, you must have an amazing camera, not to mention, a great eye and wonderful talent! :)
ReplyDelete{{{hugs}}} EsMay
Es May, you are too kind! The rockies are indeed magnificent and with such a great subject to photograph, it is difficult to take a bad photo!
DeleteMerry Christmas to you and the Duke
George

ReplyDeleteCorrine, thanks for stopping by. I am delighted you enjoyed the photos. I am a very lucky guy to be privy to such sights! I enjoy sharing them with my friends here.

Wow, these are absolutely gorgeous!! I'm speechless.
ReplyDeleteHi Ana,
DeleteThanks for stopping by. I am so glad that you liked the pictures!
Since it is so near Christmas I will let the "speechless" statement alone. Any other time I could not have resisted some comment that today would have surely sent me to the top of Santa's naughty list!
I wish you a very merry Christmas my new friend, thanks for all you do.
George
Thank you for sharing such awesome photos George! These are breathtaking!
ReplyDeleteHugs and Blessings...

Again, these are so stunning George!
ReplyDeleteYou get to see some amazing sights - things that the rest of us might never get to see - so I love that you want to share them with us. Thank you!
And yes, your plane is really a beauty ~
:) Cali
Cali, Thanks for the compliments. I really do enjoy sharing and like I said, I wish I could take everyone along for the ride. My sweetheart of an airplane thanks you also for your kind words :-). I get to go fly her this next week!
DeleteI wish you a very Merry Christmas,
George
Wow George, such beautiful photos. I always enjoy your photo posts and think this one may possibly be my favourite so far. Simply breathtaking. So lucky you are :)
ReplyDeleteStunning sunset in the last photo ... the plane is beautiful as well :)
Hugs,
Roz
Hi Roz, So glad this batch spoke to you. I have seem some of the pictures of the scenery where you live and I would love to be able to fly over it some day. Who knows, maybe one day it may happen!
DeleteThanks for the compliments about the airplane, she is a treasure!
I wish you and Rick and very Merry Christmas,
George
All of the pictures are beautiful! Gotta say I love those snow capped Rockies. I think Colorado is the one place I could be convinced to pick up and move to. I love the mountains! Clara
ReplyDeleteHi Clara, thanks. I agree, Colorado is a beautiful state. I must admit though as much as I enjoy the mountains, I think I would be difficult to pick just one place to live. How about 6 month in the mountains and 6 months at the beach!
DeleteHave a very Merry Christmas,
George
Once again beautiful. My favourite is of the train. Oh the stories I can create in my head from that shot. It is just so interesting.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful December!
Much love
willie
Hi Willie, interesting you picked the train. You know, Mt. Washington is not too far from y'all. And the hotel was flying a Canadian and US flag out front. Perhaps Barney should take you on a little vacation an you could act out a few of those stories!
DeleteI wish you and Barney a very Merry Christmas,
Love,
George
