Astonishing Coordination and Skill

I taught myself to juggle during the summer of '69 working for the City. It was one of those jobs doing manual labor where you see 4 people at a site and one is working hard and the other three are all standing around watching! LOL

I don't know if you have ever learned to juggle, but if you have, then you know how difficult this really is.  I was able to do three balls OK, but this girl's ability definitely belongs in the category of unbelievable. I do not know who the talented young lady is, but WOW is she amazing or what!

Blessings

  1. "I taught myself to juggle during the summer of '69" Not quite as catchy to put to music as-
I got my first real six-string
    Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played it 'til my fingers bled
It was the summer of '69

So do you light things on fire and juggle? Will you juggle anything? Fruit? Glassware? Rodents?

Just how exciting is your act??? I mean she's impressive and all, but I find myself feeling a little motion sick when watching her !

I can only juggle thoughts, and then jumble them.

    1. Willie, If I were to compare your mind to a musical composition it would have to be Brahms Symphony number one, fourth movement!

Filled with exciting twists and turns with fast and slow, crescendo's and diminuendos, combining several different musical ideas climaxing in a exciting, exuberant, and emotional grand finale!

Oh to be able to due a Vulcan mind meld on you...just once LOL :-)

  2. Oh I know a juggler George and he and I have had to come to some agreements on where it is and is NOT okay to pick up things and give it a go. :)

I'm sure your wife has never had to do that with you....

  3. Hi George! :)

Fun post! Juggling is neat! We have a resident juggler here as well. Rob has tried to teach me, but I can never quite get the hang of it...

I'm with Susie- there is a time and place for juggling! Lol! Just don't try juggling torches or fireballs. We need you guys around! Hugs to you,

    1. Hi Katie. Glad to hear that Rob is your resident juggler. Every family needs at least one! I actually did juggle one time on stage in college, but that was a long time ago. The scariest thing I juggle now would be raw eggs! And like Susie said, there are restrictions on where that can take place! LOL

  4. Hi George,

That is impressive, although I'm with Willie, it made me a little motion sick too and I was thinking the same thing re summer of '69 LoL

    Alas, no resident jugglers here.

    Hugs,

  5. Hi Roz, well it is probably a blessing to have no jugglers in residence. Like Susie said, we have a tendancy to get a bit overzealous and untimately something gets displaced....and it is usually the juggler! LOL Guess next time I post something like this I will have to put a warning for you and Willie!

    Hugs,
    George

  6. WOW, there is no way I could concentrate on working all four limbs at the same time all doing a different thing, wow! I am very impressed. :)

  7. Hi Es May, I too was very impressed and although I can juggle three balls with my hands I could not do this if my like depended on it! I really liked the look she gave the camera as she was walking to turn it off. It was such a joyful smile.

    Blessings,
    George
